Balance Transfer

Prepaid users have to dial 17122 for free to activate the service.
To transfer balance, dial *17122*<Type receiver’s mobile number>*<Type transfer amount>#.
For example, to transfer Rs. 10, dial *17122*98XXXXXXXX*10#
You can transfer Rs. 10 to 200 at a time and up to three times in a day.
Re. 1 (excl. of taxes) will be deducted as service charge from the transferred amount.

Missed Call Notification

Activation Process:
You can activate Missed Call Notification service through any of the following processes:

Ncell Saapati

Ncell Saapati allows prepaid customers to request for a loan when their current balance is less than or equal to Rs. 5.
To get Ncell Saapati, dial *9988# from your mobile phone. 

 

 

Video Call

Activation
The activation of this service is free of charge. Subscribers can activate video call service through one of the following processes:

The call charging for video call is Rs. 1.99 (exclusive of all taxes) per minute with the charging interval of 20 seconds pulse duration.

3. Type A and send SMS to 900222

Options for deactivation:

1. Dial 900 and follow the instructions
2. Dial *100# and follow the instructions
3. Type R and send SMS to 900222
4. To activate Voice Mail by diverting calls to Voice Mail box number + 977 980 999 0000

1. Dial 9208 and follow the instructions or,
2. Type A and send SMS to 9209.

Monthly PRBT service charge: Rs. 10/month*

To select your Personal Ring Back Tone:

1. Dial 9208 and follow the instructions to choose your favourite tone or,
2. Dial *9208# and follow the instructions to choose your favourite tone or,
3. Type BUY<space>PRBT code of the song and send SMS to 9209.

To select the PRBT of your choice, you can also visit our PRBT portal.

Cost of each PRBT: Rs. 10/month/tone*. The tone will be auto renewed every month until you delete the tone or deactivate the service.

To delete a tone:

1. Dial 9208 and follow instructions to delete the tone or,
2. Type Delete<space>PRBT code of the tone you want to delete and send SMS to 9209.

Options for deactivation:

1. Type R and send SMS to 9209

To know your PRBT code:

1. Type MYPRBT and send SMS to 9209

To copy your friend’s PRBT:

1. Dial * (asterisk) key when you hear the PRBT being played. Standard charge of the PRBT service and tone will apply.

To gift a PRBT to your friend:

1. Type GIFT<PRBT code><space><Friend’s mobile number> and send to 9209. The charge of the PRBT will apply to your account.
